Always Have A Plan B…and C

March 19th, 2009 | By: Andrea | 1 Comment »

If Sven loses the plot(again) against Costa Rica on March 28th then he’s done. Out. Finished. His replacement would be Javier Aguirre who is currently out of a job after he was ousted from Atleti. In case that doesn’t work out then Jose Manuel “Chepo” De La Torre(currently the manager of Toluca) would take charge. But he’s 3rd in line.

Sven took over at el Tri on June 3, 2008 so he’s been at the job less than a year.

Yay or nay to this possible change?

And of course, if Sven wins then he gets to keep his job.

Give the guy a chance. He plan seem to work fine against bolivia and even against the U.S. One man down almost entire half and a good set piece got by. Ill admit I wanted him out a while ago but I think he has it going. A little bit more patience and cooperitive approach by the FMF,the players and especially the fans. I understand that they lose against C.R, he’s out and he should be but Sven gave players like Vuoso, Leandro and hopefully luduena chances and have step up to the plate more than the actual Mexicans on the team and I was one against naturalized players but if they are scoring goals and showing that they love wearing the green jersey, than that’s fine with me.
