Barcelona made it to the semis of the Champions League. They were knocked out by Manchester United. Neither Giovanni(unknown reason) nor Rafa Marquez played(suspended from previous game). In general it did not seem like a good weekend with an overwhelming amount of losses.
Mexicans in Europe: Champs League
Rafael Marquez- The good news: he didn’t give away the penalty. The bad news: he won’t be playing at Old Trafford for the second leg of the Champions League Semi Finals.
Mexicans in Europe 4/5-6/08
Another week has gone by and it seems like all the players are made out of glass. Many were out injured and are hoping to return soon. Coming up this week: Barcelona hope to advance to the Semis of the Champions League, and PSV hope to do the same over in the UEFA Cup.
