Mexicans In Europe 10/17-18/09
Some players sat on the bench this weekend because of international duty midweek. Other players are just Nery Castillo.
Call Ups for THE GAMES
Alright, so here’s the list of players that will battle it out in the last games for qualification to South Africa.
Giovani Dos Santos is missing because of injury. Jonathan didn’t make it on to the “big boy” team.
Arellano and Esqueda add themselves as well.
The “A” Game
I’m waiting for the excuses to start rolling in. The altitude. The heat. The fouls. The midnight serenades. The Mexican food. The referee. Bob Bradley. “We didn’t really need to win that game.”
Yeah, well those arefactors but the US team wasn’t the only one that had to deal with those. How many players play in [...]
Call-Ups for August 12th
Javier Aguirre has released his list of players called up for the game against the US down at the Azteca.
Gold Cup Champions 2009
With 5 goals, Mexico won against the USA in the Gold Cup final to become the 2009 Champions. Five was the reoccurring number as this is also Mexico’s 5th Gold Cup.

Dissapointed With A Win
This game was disappointing, no? There were two goals, but the team didn’t play very well. As always there were plenty of chances but no one there to score. This isn’t looking too good.

The New Mexican native would take advantage of the FIFA rule that allows players to switch national teams as long as they have not played any full internationals. The America defender had first been called up by Hugo Sanchez. He [...]
ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZzz
What a boring game. If you fell asleep, good for you. If you were unfortunate like me and watched the whole thing…that’s a good part of the day that could have been more productive. Watching the grass grow was about as exciting as this 0-0 snoozefest between Mexico and the Guatemala.
