Will Vergara step up if needed?
I have been reading reports that flights from Mexico to Germany are sold out, so it may be extremely difficult to get Oswlado back to Germany. The only option might be to charter a private plane. My question is, do you think Jorge Vergara will take the lead to secure this method of transportation if needed? I say yes.

Per elnorte.com, Oswaldo will be flying back to Germany in a Televisa private jet.
It looks like he will start against Iran.

He is flying on a private jet, last I heard… and according to the latest news, he will be in Nuremberg on Saturday morning.

Per elnorte.com, Oswaldo landed in Mexico City and will attend his father’s funeral tonight. He is scheduled to fly back to Germany tomorrow in the morning.

Oswaldo has some agreement with Televisa to be with them for interviews and stuff. Rafa Marquez has a similar deal with TV Azteca. I’m sure that had something to do with the plane arrangement.

It is a Televisa jet that will take Oswaldo back to Germany, but the flight will be actually covered by the FMF.

Also, take into consideration that Sowaldo played several years for America. He probably has a lot of friends in Televisa to this day, which is why they got the “exclusive” with him.

The flight is straight Guadalajara-Nuremberg. Oswaldo will be there before the rest of the team. It is completely up to him if he wants to start the game against Iran.
