Call up list for China

Mexican Team CornerHugo Sanchez is gone. So now, how do we expect to do? Hopefully well. Chucho Ramirez seems to think that we’ll be fine with these players who he’s called up for the game against China on April 16th in Seattle. Remember though, it’s only a friendly.

Goalkeepers:
Oswaldo Javier Sánchez Ibarra (Santos)
José de Jesús Corona Rodríguez (UAG)

Defenders:
Leobardo López García (Pachuca)
Patricio Gabriel Araujo Vázquez (Guadalajara)
Fausto Manuel Pinto Rosas (Pachuca)
Adrián Alexei Aldrete Rodríguez (Monarcas)
Gustavo Omar Trujillo Corona (Monarcas)
Omar Alejandro Esparza Morales (Guadalajara)
Alejandro Castro Flores (Cruz Azul)

Midfielders:
Sergio Amaury Ponce Villegas (Toluca)
Luis Ernesto Pérez Gómez (Monterrey)
Jorge Hernández González (Atlas)
Antonio Naelson Matías (Toluca)
Carlos Gerardo Rodríguez Serrano (Pachuca)
José Joel González Saldoval (Monterrey)

Forwards:
Sergio Alejandro Santana Piedra (Guadalajara)
Juan Carlos Cacho Gutiérrez (Pachuca)
César Osvaldo Villaluz Martínez (Cruz Azul)
Pablo Edson Barrera Acosta (UNAM)
Christian de Jesús Bermúdez Gutiérrez (Atlante)

How will these boys do now that a new era has begun(at least until a new permanent manager is announced)? Did he pick the right people? What can we expect against China? Guess we’ll have to wait and find out.

Here’s to hoping our cross-border rivals continue to be disgustingly under-achieving!!!
